• When placing an order please provide a valid email address so that we can inform you when your order has been dispatched and to which delivery address.
• All orders are dispatched quickly. Items that are in stock will be delivered within 3 working days (delivery to the Highlands and Islands may take longer).
• In the unlikely event of a non-delivery after 14 days of receiving the dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
• Delivery charges will be added to the cost of your order.
• Costs are dependent on the total cost of your order and the delivery option selected.

• The delivery charge will be displayed on the screen before you confirm your order.
• You will pay only one delivery charge per order, regardless of the number of items within the order or if items are dispatched separately.
Orders up to £40 = Delivery Charge £3.95 Orders over £40 = No Delivery Charge
Delivery Charges outside the United Kingdom, Channel Island & Isle of Man During the ordering process you will be prompted to contact Online Customer Services who will be able to advise you of the delivery charge to your chosen address. Our Customer Services Representative will then be able to complete your order for you over the phone.

• Orders can be collected for free from our Wigmore Street, London store.
• Orders placed to today will be available for collection after 2pm on the next working day.
• We will telephone you when your order is ready for collection.
• When collecting your order, please bring a form of identification (e.g. driving license) with you and your order confirmation or dispatch email.
