At John Bell & Croyden we believe it is very important to meet the needs of the customer and details on Delivery are below.
Delivery To place an order you will be asked to provide a valid email address so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This helps you to know when your delivery is on its way to the delivery address specified. You will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of how many items you order(please see “Postage and packing costs” below). We aim to despatch all orders as quickly and as efficient as possible. Items that are in stock should be received with in 3 working days for inland (please refer to “Non availability/substitutes” below for items out of stock). In the unlikely event of non-delivery after 14 days, you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation.
Postage and packing costs. Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose.
For orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, the postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.
Orders up to £40 = Postage and Packaging charge £3.95 Orders over £40 = No Postage and Packaging charge.
For orders to be delivered outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, the system will prompt you to contact Online Customer Services who will intervene, calculate the delivery cost for the required destination and will process the order to completion.

Click & Collect Click & Collect is available from John Bell & Croyden, Wigmore Street, W1U 2AU and if free of delivery and packing charges. We will contact you by phone when your order is ready for collection.
Non-availability/substitutes We reserve the right to change the specification of items which are required to conform to any applicable standards or European Union requirements. We try to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. In the event of this we will try to contact you to inform you of this and will take guidance from you as to how you would like to proceed, for example, have a refund for that item, a substitute or a similar product or to wait until the item is back in stock again. All items sold through this website are subject to availability.
