At John Bell & Croyden we believe it is very important to be available to the needs of the customer and details on our returns policy are below.
You have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel orders for goods and services for up to 14 days after the date on which your last item(s) are delivered. This right does not apply to: • Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised; • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. • Goods that becomes mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.
To exercise your cancellation right, you should follow the instructions in 'How to Return Items' below.
Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. This includes the breaking of any hygiene seals.
Whilst we will refund any standard postage charges that you paid to receive your goods, you will be responsible for any return postage or courier charges. See below for further details.
NOTIFICATION OF ERRORS
You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To return a damaged or faulty item you should contact our Online Customer Services Department. Then follow the instructions on the Returns Note included in the delivery. Please note, we provide prepaid returns labels for use in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only (in all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us). If you do not use our prepaid label we will not refund any costs you incur in returning the relevant item(s). Please contact our Online Customer Services Department if you wish to return an item from outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.
