Through a risk based approach to controlling hazards we are committed to continually improving our performance in respect of issues such as fire safety, electrical safety, housekeeping and manual handling to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and others who may be affected by our activities.

John Bell & Croyden, through parent company Lloyds Pharmacy, is currently in a Lead Authority Partnership Scheme with Coventry City Council in respect of health and safety at work. The main aim of the scheme is to improve consistency of enforcement by local authorities within multi outlet companies, improve health and safety management systems and reduce the frequency and severity of accidents and work related ill health within the company.
